Casual Fine Dining in downtown Elkin

Twenty One & Main Restaurant and Wine Bar in downtown Elkin is located at 102 E Main Street. Come down for a special luncheon, an elegant dinner or walk upstairs for a great view of downtown Elkin, casual atmosphere, food and drinks at the bar above. Executive Chef Jeffery Gibbs creates exciting dishes that are deliciously unique and change seasonally, offering you something out of the ordinary each time you come. The "Wine Bar" offers a terrific selection of wines and is also a full bar. This historical building (1895) with beautiful decor and exposed brick walls was one of the first buildings constructed on Main Street, but is now the premier spot for an intimate date or friends gathering for a night out on the town. Casual fine dining at the golf course

Cedarbrook Grille at Cedarbrook Country Club is open to the public 7 days a week for lunch and Friday evenings with a fantastic dinner menu that includes steaks (ribeye, filet), seafood (salmon, shrimp) and more! The lunch menu includes delicious salads, quesadillas, burgers, club sandwiches, Reubens and more. Plus, every Sunday, their Brunch has delicious home cooking the entire family will enjoy at reasonable prices. Cedarbrook offers the best Sunday Brunch around. Every Sunday from 11:30-2pm. Call for reservations if Sunday falls on a special holiday. 

Thai Cafe

Dewey's Thai Cafe at 642 N Bridge Street, has traditional Thai cooking with specialties (including Pad Thai and Curry dishes) from all across the country which includes a delicate balance of textures, colors and flavors.  Thai food emphasis is on a delectable blending of four primary flavors of sweet, sour, hot, and spicy...and there is a wide selection from mild to hot temperatures to choose from. Not all Thai cooking is spicy hot, although it is all flavorful! If you are unfamiliar with our food, it would be our pleasure to assist you choosing dishes that you'll enjoy. Italian fare

Mazzini's Italian Restaurant located at 1521 N Bridge Street, has a large, varied selection of Appetizers, Salads, Sandwiches and Subs, Pizzas, Pasta Dishes, and House Specialties (Chicken, Veal, Shrimp, Steak, and Salmon). Their menu satisfies the Italian food lover along with those just looking for a great specialty dish. Everything you order at Mazzini's is homemade, including their soups and sauces. Don't forget to top off your meal with their delicious homemade Peanut Butter Pie.  Check for daily lunch specials and Senior discounts on Wednesday nights. Mexican Style

La Fuente has been open since 2001 and is definitely worth a stop if you are craving Mexican cuisine. Located at 1627 N Bridge Street, just north of Hwy 268, LaFuente has fun atmosphere, an extensive menu (over 200 items), and huge servings of your favorite dishes. Special events here include Mother's Day (a rose for mom), Cinco de Mayo (specials on Margaritas and beers), and birthday celebrations (it's a surprise...come see for yourself!) Favorite recommended dishes include Texas Fajitas Fundidas, Arroz con Pollo, and Chori Pollo, and for dessert, cheesecake wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried.  Every Thursday is Thirsty Thursdays...Small draft beer $1.50, Small Margarita $3.25, Med $5.25, or Blue Margarita $5.00.  And on Wednesdays, Lunch Specials are Mexican Chicken & Rice $5.00 and Combination of two tacos, rice & beans for $3.75.

Pub food and entertainment

Fiddles Pub located in downtown Elkin at 323 W Main Street opened in the Fall of 2011, and has a menu for casual dining, which includes delicious beef brisket sandwiches, burgers, wraps, baskets of homemade chips (and other finger foods) and more. Great for a night out with friends, but also family friendly for lunch or dinner. Their beer selection includes 30+ different varieties with Guinness on tap, and a varied selection of wines. Outdoor seating is also available, and entertainment on the weekends (Friday - Saturday nights) is currently a wonderful feature that has brought the west end of downtown Elkin to life!  Long-time Elkin "hangout"

Harry's Place, Restaurant & Bar is in downtown Elkin at 135 Front St.  Harry's Place has been around since 1954 and is considered a true "destination" for Elkin residents and visitors. Comfortable, fun, good food at a good price...and once you come, you'll always be a part of the "Harry's family". Harry's daughter, Teresa, took over the business in 2002 and has continued the tradition serving lunch Mon-Fri 11:00-1:30pm including daily meat specials (this is great country cookin') with 13 vegetables, and dinner Wed, Fri and Sat 5:00-9:00pm. Menu items include soups, salads, sandwiches, their famous burgers and homemade desserts. In addition, evening specialties include Peel n' Eat Shrimp, Snow Crab, steaks and more! Sunday's only, in the vineyard...a unique weekend treat! 

Elkin Creek Vineyard Tasting Room is open for fresh, stone-oven baked pizza every Sunday. Be sure to call a few days in advance to reserve a pizza for your visit, as the dough is made on Saturdays.
